Sunday Snapshot: School is Back in Session

The weekend is almost over again ): It's back to the old grind of going to bed early and getting up early, yuck. I'm still not sold on Junior year yet, all though i'm really digging our big lockers we get this year (:

The bad thing is, there's a ton more homework then last year. I didn't expect to get an Essay within the first week of school, but well we did. 

There's also a bunch of quizzes coming up to. A nice view of all the papers on my bed, and lovely color coded studying cards, "studying" music helps to (:

There's also little break in between to text the bf ~~ <3

It's been a while since i could see this. Oh the joys of starting up school again.

I wasn't very excited to go to school today, mostly because i had to get up early lol! But once i got there and got to see my friends and we got our locker's it turned around and now i'm looking forward to Monday. I also found out that i can fit into my locker, and the door can shut! hahah

At the Field museum there were a lot of stuffed animals that were on display. They were put into groups that fit their habitat it was very interesting, one of my many favorites was the Panda!

They were selling these shirts in one of the shops we were in, my little brother and i were the only ones that got one because they were in our size, but i think these are possibly the best shirts ever  hahahaha (:

My friend saw this picture when i posted it on Facebook and she laughed her head off. She said she needed this sign for her locker! LOL

There was a little meter on this old fashioned fridge that was on display in a store and my brother pointed out that it was in the "danger zone" haha

There were literally Barrels of Candy in one of the candy shops we stepped in to look at when we were in the Amana Colonies

"Cigar gum"{215/365}

Seeing these sticks of bubble gum brought back memories from when me and my twin brother were little and on a car ride home from Okaboji. My dad had bought us "cigar gum" and i remember getting it stuck in my hair and trying to chew it out, but it hadn't worked, i then remember my mom taking me out of my booster seat and having me sit on her lap on the ride home while she put ice backs on the gum haha!

Deserts!!! {214/365}

When we had stopped in the Amana Colonies the place we ate at had such amazing food! And so many deserts to choose from! This i just when little section! there was two others!

Pretty Sun Flowers {213/365}

There was lots of pretty little flowers all over the place in the Amana Colonies, but i think out of the pictures of flowers i took this one is my all time favorite

Whew i've been missing in action for awhile!!! Summer's gotten the best of me and kept me off my blog! Along with our mini vacation! School starts on Friday D:

Sunday Snapshot: Chicago

For our summer trip we went on a trip to Chicago. It was very interesting, and fun! On our drive there we stopped in an Amish town called Amana. They had some absolutely amazing food there!

The second day we were in Chicago we headed to the Shedd Aquarium, and also a Museum 

We also went to a Macy's there! We don't have that in Nebraska! LOL
