Sunday Snapshot: Harlem Golbetrotters

Tonight i got the delight of taking these two girlies to the Harlem Globetrotters because they'd gotten free tickets from their school! And boy was it a good time! Sadly i didn't get to take my big boy Nikon becuase of the no camera rules, so i was stuck with a pocket baby. Oh well it got the job done! lol

Before the show started they had some people out for entertainment. There was Globie, the Globetrotters Mascot, and a dude from their American Dance Crew (don't know his name) and a couple of other guys out there. Needless to say, the Dance Crew dude sure had some pretty sick dance moves! I was jealous BIG TIME of his moves! I'm still working on it, but haven't gotten far on my break dancing, Look at this dude! He's like AMAZING!

When the Globetrotters came out, there was a little goofing off before the game

Once the game started the girls eyes were glued to them! They laughed at all the stunts, and I to! How could you not! It was funny! At one point in the game, one of the opposeing team member's clothes were ripped off!

While it was intermission I took the girlies out to get something to drink and a little snack to munch on. Gosh those lines are terrible! and the price for everything is even worse! 3.25 for a medium soft drink! 3.50 for bottled water!!! 3.75 for stinkin cotton candy!! But for the girls i bought them their drinks and snack so they would remember me as the fun sister/big sister's friend that spoiled them at the Globetrotters game. There was of course drinks for the adults who couldn't keep themselves sober for their children. And trust me there was a TON of those type of people there, the line was crazy at the beer stands!

After intermission a couple people got to come down on the court, and do stuff with the guys, then Globie's older brother, Big G came out and did some stuff for us!

After Big G's preformance some more Basketball was played, with also some Globetrotter's football. Before the ball could even be passed we had a "balarenia" dancing, and Michal Jackson's Thriller was preformed (way to funny!)

(sadly it wont let me load the other two photo's i have of Thriller!)

More basketball and then we broke out into the YMCA. After the game ended we stood in a line to have our pictures taken with Big Easy. He was 6'9"!!! (pictures when we get them) Over all i think we had a very good night!

Sorry for so many pictures! Happy Sunday Ya''ll!
